COMP closed the session just barely holding Hourly Chart pattern support. Same with the QQQQ.

Hey Zub,
PDT will eventually either grind you out or burn you out. If you feel confident about reading intraday charts, I encourage you to trade the futures. It has no PDT restrictions and the volatility is a lot wider than ure typical stocks. On top of that, the leverage is 10:1, hence ure profit potential is essentially limitless. That is, if you know what ure doing.
As for me, I did okay today. No need to mention that a permabear like me comes to life on a down day like today.

OCTL looks compelling. Monthly, Weekly and Daily Charts all look good and volume really picked up. There may be some ST difficulty at the 50 DMA.
LDK appears to be ready to bounce right here as long as the markets don't tank on Monday.

Looks like Semi's may have bottomed. Monthly Chart stochastics are completely converged for the SMH and many of the underlying semi stocks.
Also, shorter time frames appear to be supportive.
QCOM testing old resistance as support of a ~6 month double bottom pattern.
NVDA looks almost tempting here but want to see a bit of strength first. At least a break above the 10 DMA.

VIX looks extremely bearish for markets.
Monthly Chart in a positive half of the cycle.
Weekly Chart stochastics completely converged after a successful test of the 25 WK.MA as support, indicating a new positive half of the cycle likely to begin..
Daily Chart just broke resistance at the 25 & 50 DMA's and also broke TLR confirming a new positive half of the cycle.
All time frames moving higher.
Hourly Chart appears to be at a cycle top, so we may get a ST drop in VIX down to one of the Hourly Chart MA's, 10~25 HR.

Expecting VIX to drop now to at least the 10 HR.MA

But considering that we're in a lunchtime grind, nothing should be construed as definite.
Cheers!
