Just some code added to the front of the message that draws a "box" and fills it with a specific color. Looks like this (you need to replace all of the ? symbols with a "less than" symbol instead - using them here so that you can "see" the code rather than the output of the code):

Here is a post I made about t wo months ago on this - contains some other tricks:

Figured that it would be helpful to show people how to put hyperlinks, images, etc into posts, as well as change your font type and color.

Here we go:

1, Inserting a hypertext link:

Free stock charts

< A HREF="http://www.freestockcharts.com/">Free stock charts< a > (this inserts a line break)

Just remember to remove all of the spaces between the<> signs.

2. Inserting a chart or image:

To add graphics to message board threads, you type it in the following format without the spaces in the brackets:
< img >http://xyz.com/picture.png< /img >

NOTE: I have not gotten this to work here yet. If someone has, please let everyone know exactly how you did it.

3. Tricks with fonts:

a. Bold = Bold
b. Italics = Italics
c Playing with colored fonts = just insert the color of choice (red,orange,yellow,green,blue cyan,black,white)
d. Combining text modifiers just add them together .... 

4. Aligning text:

Right alignment:

TEXT HERE

Center alignment:

TEXT HERE

Left alignment:

TEXT HERE

The key text is: where XXX = right, center, or left

5. Tables (yes, Tables!)

You don't even want to see the code for this - it's not worth the time.

A simpler method is to put &/nbsp without the slash 4 or 5 times between elements in a row:

This doesn't line up all that well, but it makes data a lot clearer to see and understand
