I read the book. The basic concept is somewhat like ETFREPLAY and the systems Kevin developed.
The website was very honest in reporting results of their Dashboard (timing signal). Results were poor. The revised Dashboard appears to work better and compiling it is less labor intensive. The previous version had approximately 9 indicators to compile into a composite.
There was one concept I took issue with. I'm going from memory but I believe they said don't take a trade if the ETF is below its 200 day moving average. That's probably a good rule for a 3-5 day swing trade but perhaps not so good for trades that might last a lot longer.
This book was worth reading but you will probably do better with Kevin's system.

I'm flattered, but this system looks pretty good as well. I'm not so sure about the dashboard rather than just using RS, and I think they stay in multiple assets where I go 100% into the top scorer.
Good find though - another possible indicator for broad timing from equities to bonds/cash.
