I see that the article has W%R and Stochastics in the same collumn, but I have noted that W%R is often a leading indicator. It will often indicate what is coming before it happens, and before stochastics make the change.
Also these two indicators do not follow eachother identically, they have differing rates of OB/OS.

Wow guys, that's a lot of information. Are you all talking about swing trading for a couple of days?
Or perhaps your system works for different periods?

CST works in any time frame from 1 minute up. Pick the time frame that suits your style.

Ok guys. you've helped me a lot. I would like to do specific research on all of the indicaters you suggested as powerfull, and I will post here the results.
In terms of the period for each indicator, I see there are a lot of different opinions. For example, the rumpled one and someone else too suggested as one of the indicators rsi(2) and that seems very strange to me: how come you chose a period of only two days? is it because you are a day trader? or can such information serve also swing traders?
in terms of the period of slow stochastics, what do you suggest it to be? 14 days? or perhaps a different number?
I would also like to know for which period is it reccomended to use keltner and w%r?
Thanks guys, and i'll let you know the results,
Dorom

I use slow stochastics 5,5 or 5,5,3 depending on what your charting will allow.
I use 14 period W%R.
