my take! TZA 7.50 pivot point, hold it and develop support at this level, good to go, break it we see 7 then 6.50, hold 6.50 to 7.50 levels short term, RUT developing a support area at this time, I think we see a short bounce to the upside with maybe one or two more oppurtunities to get TZA at a good price, before we see 10!
