Hi there,
I am new so forgive me if I'll comeout stupid..
I use: ".... and close is less than 3% above the ma(200)..." and for some reason
it gives me stocks that the close is below the ma(200)...
Does someone knows something about it?
I'll appreciate any help...

Aren't stocks below the MA(200) also less than 3% above it? It's just giving you what you asked for.
You want stocks that are above the 200DMA, but no more than 3% above?

stocks that are below the ma(200) are less than 3% above the ma(200)
If you want stocks that are above the ma(200) but no more than 3% above the ma, you could try something like
