I don't quite understand ure question. I would like you to fill me in the details. Do you want to screen for other stocks based on the condition "...on any given day or days,sectors or other indices move up while the SPY either remains flat or moves down"? Or are you interested solely in SPY's relation to the indexes in general, such as "has the SPY moved down today while the Nasdaq moved up"? For the former, more criteria is required to build a complete filter (ie. fetch stocks that moved above MA(20) only when "other indices move up while the SPY either remains flat or moves down".) The latter question is somewhat self-defeating since you need only look at the chart to know if SPY was diverging from other indexes.
