There are many good ones and there's a lot of fluff and bs. It depends on whether your a novice or have some experience with options trading. With options one of the most important things to learn and thoroughly understand are the greeks and implied vols. Secondly the tools you use such as software. You will need the ability to screen and decipher options trades to assess which trades are directionals or a vast number of different spreads to determine a bias as to the stocks direction.
Dependent upon where your experience level is, start with a basic instructional manual.

Options Made Easy - Guy Cohen
Spread Trading - Greg Jensen
Currently reading Trading Options Greeks - Dan Passarelli
All are good. Do yourself a favor and retrain yourself for trading options. Forget about stops. Options are so powerful and can be so non-directional that if used correctly can make money even when you get it wrong. :)
Enjoy.
