Each column is a separate variable or piece of data, so all you need to do is to define a new user variable as the difference between them.
For example, I create two new user-defined variables (doesn't matter what they are so I'll just use RSI(2) and RSI(4)):
Now I could just forego the first two variables and make a single variable instead:
Note here that I simply used the values for variable 1 and 2 instead of defining them first. Also, I added a new line "sort on column 5 descending". Any added columns start at #5 and are assigned numbers based on the order they are used in the filter.
