Can anyone help me develop a filter which looks for a specific DAILY % return that occured x amount of times at any point in the last 30 days.

For example, I am looking for stocks that made:
minimum 5% daily gain, at least 5 different days, in last 50 days.

(my goal In other words, I am looking for stocks that are repeating similar behavior in thier price cycle over a give period of time)...

minimum 5% daily gain, at least 5 different days, in last 50 days.

Fetcher[
set{chg, count(day change above 5,50)}
chg above 5
add column chg{hi-5}
]

Column labeled "hi-5" will show how many time a stock made over 5% at least 5 times within the last 50 days. Add ure own price/volume criteria.

Is the GT5% number the times that the stock gained at least 5% in the last 50 days. For example SCON shows 14. By the way it looks like SCON is at support.

Similar to my original thought, can someone show me how to tweek it to show me stocks that fulfill gaining X% OVER THE COURSE of 3 days.

from there the other criteria would be this occuring a minimum of X amount of times in the last 4 months..

So similar to my original post that started the threa, but rather than DAILY gains, just a specific % gain over a few days..
