As far as I know, most of the free charting sites out there delay the quotes by at least 20 minutes. I think you will need to open an account with one of the reputable trading companies and sign up for the live feed you want. For instance, with Trade Station you can open an account for about $2000 (even though the site says $5000) and add whatever live data you like to your account. Also you get access to demo accounts to help you try new strategies and get familiar with the platform. One caveat is that if you don’t trade certain number of shares or contracts per month, you will have to pay them about $100 for using the software.

"Get it from your broker". I am asking members here because:
Ameritrade has many tools, even access to QuoteTracker which has intraday charting for stocks and real time quotes for options-but no real time intraday charts for specific stock options. I also have an account with OptionsXpress and their tools do not have what I am looking for. I would think that its out there!

Thanks for your responses. Here is what I found out calling TD's Strategy Desk techinical support after not being able to get the charts I wanted. SD does not have them. Together we tried Option 360, no luck, He said QuoteTracker does not work as it has the same data feed as SD. We tried their new platform, Think or Swim, and it worked!!!

FYI, to save you time
In Think or Swim, unlike TD's other platforms, place a period rather than a + before your option symbol
