Chetron:
Thanks, that works great,
I want to add one more wrinkle -
that the close is no higher than 20% above the ema(8)
do I have to put in another series of "set"
and do I have to put "and" before it?
thanks
trex

MAYBE
YOU DON'T NEED "AND" IF YOU HIT THE "ENTER/RETURN/LINE FEED" BUTTON ON YOU KEYBOARD FOR EACH LINE OF CODE AS I DO.

Chetron My code may not have been quite right.
However:
It passes debug.
It produces qualifying stocks.
Not as many as if done "correctly",but sufficient number to have a good amount to select from.
The number varies if you mix and match synonyms.
Lastly for poor old dumb me it is easier to write in the fabled Stockfetcher" just write it out in plain English".

Chetron. trx22 seems to be asking for an "or". Have to use TRO's work around.
