Step 1: move head 90 degrees to the left
Step 2: move head from step 1 position 180 degrees to the right
Step 3: position head back to step 1
Step 4: repeat steps 1-3

I believe you're referring to head "fake". It's borrowed from a sport term in which, in football for example, a runner moves his head in one direction indicating that that is the direction in which he will turn in order to get an opponent to move in that direction while the runner actually turns in the opposite direction. In the markets, the term is used to refer to market makers' attempts to draw in buyers or sellers by increasing or lowering prices and then going in the opposite direction. you can see it on a chart where a stock has been in a trend, then a candle spikes in one direction luring in other players and then quickly reverses and moves considerably in the opposite direction.
