I am very interested in your MTC and FTG
From the above sample charts, AAPL gapped down...fade the gap and then dropped below SELL ZONE in the first couple minutes, it soon popped up and crossed above BUY ZONE. In the case like this, is it correct in your practice to sell-short first and switched to LONG when it rose above BUY ZONE? It's all happened in 5 minutes...........just wish to clearfy if I understand right. Thanks

Yes and No.
Usually, I will only trade in the direction of the GAP FILL until it fills. That's the FTG part.
But sometimes I just MTC every chance.

( High Today + Low Today ) / 2 = Midpoint Today. Simple.
Some people like to use the pivot ( high + low + close ) / 3.
