Very simple,hawkeyes...the same old story over 3 years now,you set up a premarket scan ,I use IB which for me is just awesome,for each price range (over $1,.01 to .99 and under .01)
for the under .01's you just look for the overflow of volume that didn't get executed the close before,which usually is only 1 or 2 stocks.
1). BLDV was the ONLY stock on that list
2).check the newswires and you find THIS........big news and NOTE the time,only a little before the open,as I've said many times,late news brings in latecomers,AFTER I've already entered on the open......Wednesday, September 02, 2009

3). I have a network of other penny/momo chats and I check them to see to make sure they are aware of the BLDV HESV MOBI types,cause most of these folks hesitate to buy until the top is near,I'm in at open,they buy,I sell to them...all this is called an EDGE
check out MOBI today,a wash,rinse and repeat of BLDV and HESV the day before

WCIMQ was up 375% at one point today,nice rebound!
Daytrade those Q's,don't overnight them...this thing could be to zero tomorrow...just go on GREEN

I know you like IB, you seem to be a very technical person, after all, machinist are very critical and good with numbers and think quick, I do not think that quick, quick, but not that quick.
I was looking at IB and it looks complicated, can you elaborate on your order entry style?
Scottrade is O.K. but I know there are better platforms for pennies!

can anybody recommend a 10/60 sma cross chart/indicator/site to check my flter results with? I use the below scans to find INTRADAY candidates :
(-.-) ...and how does one inlcude the "Q"s (bankruptcies) in the results ?

Some of the Q,s are trading above the EMA(20) right now, maybe try that!
I include MACD(12,26,9) above 0, or MACD(12,26,9) increasing
