I'm always up, but not in SF until afternoon or night. GNVC bombed on phase 3 trial, lot of selling. what did you want me to look for?
A couple of traders were able to offload 1500, 800, and 200 shares at 2.78 about 7 a.m. right before the drop to .70 cents in premarket but that was the only big sells before the drop. There has been some active selling the last few days, but nothing exciting. stocks not optionable so there's no clue's from that point. looks like no insider leaks from this one.

is there a max pain for earnings reports...or are those dates at the mercy of those in the know

There is a product called earnings edge that may be what your looking for. Gives you probability analysis of past 20 earnings of how the equity moved around earnings
