1. Is it possible to set the filter category you want to open when clicking on My Filters. It's current opening to No Category?

2. It seems that you cannot use the Offset Function in filters where there are columns added. Is this correct. I know about the edit filter and then clicking on test. However I most of the filters it does not work. Is there a solution or workaround to resolve this issue.
