I'm having some difficulty trying to set criteria on specific target periods. in 2 and 3 below; Thanks for any ideas and input.

1. show stocks where high reached a new 21 day high within the last 2 weeks
and
2. +DI minus the –DI value is greater than 15 on the day of the new 21 day high and
3. MACD fast line(12,26,9) crossed below MACD slow line(12,26,9)
for the 1st time since the MACD(12,26,9) fast line crossed above 0
