I am sure most of you are familiar with pennycents.com. It's a new search engine to find recent insider trades. I am a registered member and want to share something with my fellow SF'ers.
I read somewhere on pennycents site that a recent ruling has insiders reporting their trades within 24 hours now. On todays scan, $.10 to $5.00 @ 7 days scan, I noticed an insider bought 307,206 shares of ALCI.OB @ $2.75 on 11/12/2003 last Wednesday, and this is a very large transaction, however, the stock has been flatlining;

Then look at a 3 year/weekly chart at Prophet.net using Java Charts, very interesting.
This stock is flatlining and today the market was mostly red, but it held it's ground, I was first introduced to pennycents.com thru a post by theholygrail in one of his posts here on SF. Question is what do all of you think about this stock, is this a golden opportunity or another way to lose money? All input would be appreaciated, you got to think about this for a minute, why would an investment company "Leucadia National Corporation" recently invest $844,816 in a stock?
I want everyone to know that I am not suggesting buying this stock, I am looking for answers myself, but it seems like a lot better investment than buying dying dogs like FAOO and DCUT recently. Maybe Avery, Zuber or Mika or any senior members will share their thoughts on this matter, all input is welcome. As for me personally I am going to pick up a few shares of ALCI.OB tomorrow and cross my fingers. I think this is a sit and wait a week or so type trade and then boom the stock shoots up a dollar or more, I hope! Or it may be better to wait for a confirmation, let's see what others have to say.

Draw Darvas Box
Draw MACD(2,7,4)
Draw Bollinger Oscillator(10,5)
Draw TDREI(5)
Draw CMO(7,3)
Draw Parabolic SAR(0.08,0.2)
Draw Linear Regression Channel(60,1.5,2)
Draw Bollinger Bands(20,2)
Draw Fibonacci up(65) and Draw Fibonacci Down(65)
You'll be able to draw your own conclusions from there. LOL

Can't get ALCI or ALCI.OB to work on any charts.

works on www.prophet.net
comes up as Allcity insurance at $2.70
no volume though!
