can you please help me put together a filter for 15 minute bars where RSI 14 crosses below 35 and if it is 15 minute bars can I run the scan throughout the day to find new stocks? thank you!!

also can you add the stock has to be greater than 2.50 a share and have volume over 500000 thanks

Neo-Ticker Real time, that software can do just about anything you want on intraday. If they don't have what you need they will program it for you.
