im new to this but heres what im lookin for:
im looking for stocks between 2 and 20 dollars
average volume in a 50 day period of over 200000

RSI(14) closes below 30
then closes again below 35 during a 1 month period

also, the price of the stock at close of the first drop in the RSI(14) below 30 is Higher than the second RSI(14) close below 35.

hopefully this isn't to confusing.
anybody help with the filter phrasing
