For "V" shape, you can see UNP (3 months --> Mar-current'09)...If we can identify earlier the ADX highest high (above 35) it will be a good signal to play the strong trend....... Tx in advance....

This one is set for looking for longs. below the chain change pd13 is below nd13 to pd13 is above nd13 and it will catch shorts. Not a 100 pct but nothing is. Also works better it beginning or ending of trends Wait for ad8 to roll over and see what happens. Sometimes they keep moving in the same direction. Change some of the "is" paramaters to tighten filter Change offset is to get more current results. Fetcher[ offset is 89 average volume(30) is above 700000 price is between 30 and 150 stock is optionable set {ad8, adx(8) } set {pd13, +di(13) } set {nd13, -di(13) } draw nd13 on plot ad8 draw pd13 on plot ad8 draw ad8 line at 30 add column ad8 add column pd13 add column nd13 sort by ad8 descending draw rsi(20) line at 50 draw ema(13) chain ad8 is above 45 pd13 is below nd13 ]
