DMOBRIEN, its interesting, I see your post and I like your picks, especially off the 52 week low, I have posted filters for these here on SF before, one thing that really intrigues me is this fact, the 52 week low is just as powerful as the 52 week high! I think its a pyschological thing! any thoughts?

Just a personal preference I suppose, but I like the idea of being in it before the run. If the DD on the stock proves to be legitimate, I couldn't agree with you more however some highs could be artificial (esp. in the pennies), and then it's simply a trading vehicle with lots of downside. One thing I have learned here is to follow the amount of dollars flowing in and out over a period of time as it relates to the MA's or EMA's and then look for reversals. Some of the these pennies have a surprising amount of dollar volume. I tend to like the the stocks flying under the radar because I think they do so for a reason (accumulation). I could be totally wrong here but I think PGOG dropped in price so more accumulation could be had. Graphically the drop will present a big red bar on the chart because it closed lower but I think buying will come and possibly there was buying on it Friday. IHUB shows almost 100 % buys. On some that look like they may be ready for reversals I look at the EMA's and volume and plug them into this:

I thought this little filter, although delayed somewhat was interesting. If I'm not mistaken, it would have caught EPIX ...
Here no consideration for highs or lows at all just intensity with a 20 minute lag (I think).

Looking at the MMEX chart to see something come off its low in a big way. From 52 week high I'm in PTN because Barclay's London is in with 1.8 million shares and then there's the 10 million volume spike on the recent move up and maybe a bull flag forming. We'll see.

DUTV exhibiting a similar pattern to EPIX, been watching it for some time, did you mention MTCH? just seen it now, looks interesting, go to page 7 and look at the picks I mentioned for a week or so, most of them did pretty good over the last few da ys, these were off of the 8% scan, with cherry picking ones with the SMA,s lined up and ascending, AMLM is one I seen weeks ago and it is under steady accumulation, I think a sell off is coming to get rid of weakness, but I could be wrong, Im still watching SUNV and CSKH, CSKH all ready got the signal!
PTN is rising with the lower trend line, like clock work, so many to choose from!
Off to sleep, got to work early!
