PCOM looks like it is finally hit bottom.... but It looks like it may stay down there. Looks like there is now a resistance level right there at .085-.090 - Looking at it from a Risk/Reward viewpoint ... not much risk ... but the Reward is not to great either(short term). What time frame are you planning on holding this ? What sparked your interest on this stock ?

... I took a second look at this. I do believe that the RISK is minimal... and IF it breaks through that .085-9 resistance level, then it has nothing holding it back till .135 ... that is an awesome return ... 65 % !! Low Risk ... High Reward (potential). I'll be keeping an eye on this beauty !

I took a more in depth look at it too and here's my take on it.
I suspect it could drop to test 5C before moving substantially higher.
Notice that there hasn't been much of a move higher this stochastic cycle on Daily charts. The Weekly chart cycle is still in distribution.
The only time this stock moves significantly is during the Weekly chart accumulation phases. PCOM has been hitting single digit stochastic value before starting a new accumulation phase in that time frame. It's at 13 now.
When the Daily chart cycle moves back into distribution phase, both Daily chart and Weekly chart will be working together in distribution mode and moving lower. I suspect at that time the stock will drop again to test support around 5C.
A position taken there would lessen the risk, IMO. I would wait for a break of TL Resistance on the hourly chart before entering.
Another strategy might be to enter a GTC bid at 1C. Notice on intraday charts that every once in a while there is a trade executed at that level.
JMHO
