Petrol,
Here's the 5-minute chart of RIMM based on ure indicators. I've also added my RSI Band for a visual comparison.

Your RSI filter reminds me of the "Golden Cross" Indicator.
When price crosses above the 25, 50, 100 & 200 DMA simultaneously, that's VERY bullish.
If you pull up the CROX chart again, you can see where that happened on 04/04/07.

That's the whole rationale behind the RSI Band's "wonders". It's considered bullish when 4 RSI line turn from bearish to bullish (that is, when RSI(20) ABOVE RSI(10) ABOVE RSI(5) ABOVE RSI(2) changes to RSI(2) ABOVE RSI(5) ABOVE RSI(10) ABOVE RSI(20)...) I hope that makes sense to you. Moreover, it's even more potent when this bullish formation occurs in the OVERBOUGHT zone (eg. above the 70 line). Take a look at the above charts and you would see that all the strong rallies took place with the RSI Band in the overbought area.

Just to see if RSI Band as a system can be used on the intraday charts and still leave you flush with money, I bought one contract of Dow eMini as the afternoon session kicked in. Below is the chart of YMU9. Needless to say, I was able to net close to 100 points. That's nearly $500 with just 1 contract people!

I should also point out this system compliments well with the Bollinger/Keltner setup. As you can see, prices stayed in the upper region of the Keltner channel during the whole rally and never once crossed below the center line. Also the keltner channel as a whole hovered near the top Bollinger band. If ure concerned about making money, it can't get any better than this IMHO.

jeepr94,
The chart ure looking at is QuoteTracker. However, there are no options to customize or build ure own indicators within QT. If that is what ure looking for, you would be better served looking at other sources like the following:
TradeStation
Metastock
eSignal
Amibroker
Neuroshell
NeoTicker
Wealth-Lab
