I have done my Due Diligence on this equity and can't uncover anything why it took a 25% dip ... earnings were in line ... fundamentals appear to be solid ... their forward looking statements sound like they are managing well... and I am ready to invest. But today I thought I would open it up for to see what you think... I am looking for opinions on this stock for Monday morning 5/23/2011.
NEI .... should we buy? ... or keep a distance ? ... or just watch it ?

Here is the chart ... yes it is a bottom dredging selection. % gain has a great potential.

I have this stock on my bottom list, weekly still pointing down, volume now starting to show up on 30-min chart, this stock will need more time to develop....imho.

Eman93 ... you are the man. I believe that little tid-bit brings light to the down-turn (or maybe we should say snuffs the light out). Really appreciate you following up on this ..... Second sourcing is a huge blow to these guys ... now if the their marketing guys can get back to the negotiating table I hope they can salvage that contract... or at least keep that source of income flowing....just don't be greedy. Thanks again !

Cacher - A very reliable set of indicators I use are flashing a GET READY signal. Not a go at this time but could develope shortly.

5/19/11 NEI announced that emc notified them that the integration of EMC's Avamar product line with be dual sourced starting July. did not affect NEI's guidance from 4/28, it will impact Q3. Expect a $5 to $7m reduction in revenues to NEI and a $500K to $700K reduction in net income.
This posted the theflyonthewall.com. In theory, as a subscriber, I probably shouldn't share this but since the information was hard to find, it speaks well for a subscription to their service. I'm assuming a one-off, not verbatim sharing will not get me in hot water. I have no other affilitation with the service.
