:) I am glad you like it. I was scared no one would understand what I was talking about, but now it seems someone does so that gives me hope. I suggest everyone read Darvis book as well. I do not go directly by what he says, but I use the basic fundamentals of his theory. He liked to use fundamentals with technical because he said a stock is slave to its earning power. That is true but stocks are also slave to supply and demand sense that is what drives a stock so I just go by technical only.

This theory by the way is best suited for longer term traders. I like to buy and hold the stock until it stops out or I feel like it topped out due to a huge sudden surge. I got tired of trying to day trade or even trade on a weekly basis because it was all sheer luck. No filter trully works well in a bear market but Darvis theory works in all markets. Of course you will make more in a bull market because there are more stocks going up in a bull market. Thank goodness I think we have hit the beg. of one. There are a lot of new highs coming up in the filters which gives me hope. That is afterall how I find my stocks.

Good work.
Maybe you could put together links to Darvas Box sites as well.

I think I know of one but it just doesn't seem there are that many that are popular. I don't care to share links to sites that try to sell you memberships on picks because there is no point. I rather teach you how to fish than catch all the fish for you.

Unfortunately it is not that easy. If you can tell BEFOREHAND if we are in a bear market or on a bull market you do not need Stockfetcher anymore. You will be rich on your own.

I presume Reverse Box Theory works just as well in bear markets?

Actually yes a reverse box theory would work because stocks tend to stack boxes townward. That is a good play for shorting stocks.
