Hi all

Could you tell me what SF uses as abbreviation for S&P500? Couldn't get it out what to use, if I'm looking for stocks out of S&P 500... Nasdaq and NYSE no problem!

That's because S&P is an index and not a "market", whereas NYSE and Nasdaq are.

Speaking of which, I think it would be nice if we could write something like

Fetcher[
apply to Dow30 (or ^DJI)
apply to SP500 (or ^SPX)
apply to Russ2000 (or ^RUT)
]

It would be even better if the indices can be further broken down by sector/industry based on their performance ranking. Far-fetched? Probably but not impossible.

cello,

I stand corrected. Unfortunately, it returns only 492 stocks!

Fetcher[market is S&P 500]
