Certainly everyone here and elsewhere can sympathize with ure plight, but sympathy alone serves no useful purpose in dealing with ure problem. Ure gripes about TradeSignal and eSignal have been more than a mouthful over the past year and we all heard them loud and clear. But you can rest assured that there's not much that we can do to come to ure rescue.
Besides, if you don't like the way ure being treated, you have the option of bailing out and look elsewhere. But you know as much as I do that TradeStation and eSignal are the best in their chosen field and it would be to ure disadvantage to leave them. Isn't that why ure still using their service despite the fact that ure goodwill towards ure fellow traders are ignored outright?

You miss my point. No gripes. No sympathy.
Their technical services are good, that's not what's this is about.
It's the actions of the "clowns" in the corporate office that I am exposing.
