On a serious note, this is the very reason why I discount VIX as useless. It too is no different from other lagging indicators.

Niko...I missed this morning action...company server crashed, just got back online. I am left holding the bag on aggy stocks, still comfortable with my choices.

S&P heading back up for now. The momentum ain't too strong though. It should buck as it approached the low 1270.

Just picked up QLD @ 62.95. Sorry about the delay but just woke up and saw the 5 & 1 min chart bouncing up off the 10MA and pounced.
A thought, major market bottoms alway coincide with a big event. (BSC?)

QQQQ testing the resistance level of a Double Top pattern at 41.81.
If confirmed Q's will drop fast to ~40.
