BTW...the "stocks ABOVE a Moving Average" stuff is a no brainer here at SF ! duh
The other stuff is mostly "sentiment" and "breadth" related...AND...
...may be a bit more "iffy"...like I said...shoot TomB et al an Email and see what they say...then report back here with your answer !!!
