I would be greatful if someone on here could help me figure out how to filter a few criterion.

I want to sort stocks that have had a 30-60% drop since the last 90 days (perferably the drop would have happened over a 1 day or a couple of days)
I need to also add converging bollinger bands in the last few days.
I need to show 3 times average volume during that drop
only exchange traded stocks. no over the counter
average volume to be at least 50K a day

A good example of this criterion is Kodak
