I use this site to upload my images...and it's free. Upload your image, copy and paste into SF...very easy.

The way I do it.......
press the print screen button, open the paint program, hit edit paste, save as jpeg format.
Up load to tinypics re size to the largest size, then copy the link that says for web pages and paste it in the message box.
