I used to be able to organize my filters (removing unwanted one, collapsing them and moving them around) by going to the "my filters" tab and there was an "Organizing" link at the upper right hand corner. Now that link is gone and is replaced with an "Enable Filter Categories" link. How do I get the "Organizing" link back? Thanks.
