Of course it's legal. Read their disclaimer. It details out that you're responsible for your own investment decisions and that they're getting paid $x amount for promoting those stocks.

So if you're hired to do so you can. But can a non pro start a club and pump & dump?

Are you asking if you have what it takes to become a stock promoter, mesayah? A month or two ago you were frustrated that you couldn't find the holy grail from members of the stockfetcher community. What's the flavor of the month going to be next month with you? Here's my advice, quit trying to become a millionaire overnight.

This subject is oh so touchy to so many little people.I showed my whole portfolio and have been up 25% across the board within 2 months. Yes it's true, i found nothing of value on SF. The only thing i found of value was taking a crappy long filter designed by 13THFL and modified by tro. and modified it myself to a GREAT short filter known as SLIM SHORTY. Does it hurt your sack?
I knew i'd get a jealous response so par for the course.
So my question is can anyone start a twitter club or website and legally pump & dump?I did not seek out to insult or hurt your feelings but i am being attacked for posing a question and regardless i care less if my question is too taboo for your taste.
I tend to march to my own drummer & am not a sheep. and if you know anything about success, well you get my point.
And oh, i forgot. I am a millionaire. Haha!!

You're also full of sh*t which is why you're all over the place on these boards without direction. Your question isn't taboo. My advice is just stick to what you know, keep it simple, continue to refine your investing strategies, and one day you too will become a millionaire. Does that hurt your sack?

Again. I made the best contribution on this board With Slim Shorty and routinely gave winners of 25-90% in a day and you accuse me of being all over the board? If anything i am seeking new avenues of opportunities that's all. And yet again, i am a millionaire.
I'm 44, my suburban home was paid off june of 07. I also own 5 more homes around the world from Corfu to Cebu.
Why so angry Sniggles?
