long: when today's high crosses above upper band
short: when today's low crosses below lower band
nothing: high and low inside bands
long and short indicated: use 1 day bias of lower band slope (ie, lower band = positive slope = long : lower band = negative slope = short)

long limit: today's high
short limit: today's low
