Can someone help with the following filter please...

1. Three of last 10 sessions have had strong accumulation, defined as stock is up on day with volume at least 150% of average volume(21).
2. Strong distribution days within the last 10 days are limited to two, defined as stock is down on day with volume at least 150% of average volume(21).
3. Close five days ago was less than the lowest value in the previous 100 days.
