I do not understand this. After M4M alerted to ETFC and the website mffais.com, i have been following this stock and check this website. Was it not just a couple of weeks ago that it was said that the principal stakeholder in ETFC (CItadel) was going to dump and trim stakes whereas i find heavy buying later by Citadel on 2nd of Oct, after it sold a load of etfc shares. What is that supposed to mean?
Any ideas? I am actually trying to follow this one stock and have been buying and selling quite a bit trying to play once in a week for the last 4 weeks. They are supposed to release their Q3 earnings soon and seemingly this Q was good for them. So is this all indicative of manipulation?
Any insight will be appreciated!

Citadel had originally planned to unload their shares, but cancelled the sale at the last minute leading to speculation that the company was a possible takeover target. Stock bounced up and down from 1.64 to a high of 2.08, then dropped back to as low as 1.51 last week. That was when it became known that citadel had dumped their shares (on the 29th and 30th of September).
Stock has begun to rebound, but who knows?
