It made a flagpole from 3.44 on 10/20 to 5.4 on 10/28, then formed the flag down to 4.62 on 11/18 before ripping on 11/19. I'd like to build a filter to catch bull flags like NUVB. I made two, but I missed NUVB for some reason. To be specific, I want the flag to be level or have a slight downtrend.
