Do I understand correctly that unless told differently the filters filter the whole data base. And if I want to filter a watch list that watch list has to be included in the filter criteria? Thanks again, Lloyd

When trying to filter a watch list, the filter kept going to the watch list I didnt want to filter. I finally deleted that one. I had WL1 and BBH as my watchlist names. I wanted the BBH to be in the filter and put that name in the filter. After I deleted WL1, the filter used BBH. Any help so I can have more than one watch list? Thanks

I'm new to SF and was having some similar difficulties with watch lists until I determined that the syntax of my "Apply to" statement was incorrect.
I feel kinda silly pointing this out, but it made a difference for me...
The proper syntax is:
apply to watchlist(your_list_name)
I know this is very elementary, but I hope it's is helpful.
