Once I save a filter, how can I go back to it (later, if needed) to adjust the parameters?

Click MY FILTERS.
Then when you find the specific filter click EDIT
Then when it comes up again. click EDIT again.
Your filter will then be in what I call the change box.
Hope this works for you. Haven't changed one in quite a while.
