I would guess historically they have performed well after earnings annoucements. Anyone have stats for Jan on these Companies?

==============================================================
NFLX - Not!
Last 3 earnings, NFLX went on crash n' burn.
4-23-12 - $105 to 86.30.
7-24-12 - $82.47 to 59.20
10-23-12 - $69.15 to 57.40
I expect the same on Wednesday.
However, I WON'T be in NFLX, so I don't care which way it goes. I don't trade earnings.
BTW, 5 mos. ago, I expected AAPL to either split @ $700 or drop to $500.
I now expect AAPL to drop to $400 ... sooner rather than later.
No comment on GOOG.

Well, yikes!
Last earnings, on 10-18-12, GOOG went from $759 to 672.
But that's the past.
Doesn't mean, it'll happen tomorrow.
But it could.

Smart - earnings are hard to play consistently, and usually wreak havoc for any mechanical trading system. The only thing worse is playing your hunch on which way it will go.

I show the three day cumulative RSI(2) for GOOG is low. Might be set up for a pop. We will see I guess.
