Date time frames are the same but why do chart proportions change when MA's are added?

How to keep chart "sizing" like 1st example when MA's are included?

Fetcher[Average Volume(90) is above 250,000
and close is between 1 and 50
and apply to symlist(LPR)]



Fetcher[draw MA(17) and draw MA(200) and draw EMA(45) and draw EMA(3) and draw MA(50)
Average Volume(90) is above 250,000
and close is between 1 and 50
and apply to symlist(LPR)]
