Has anyone put together a good filter for identifying consolidation periods of time either on a daily or weekly chart. I thought using stochastics or ADX would be useful. If anyone has anything out there I would like to check it out. Thanks.

Fetcher[
show stocks where Bollinger Width(20) reached a new 6 month low
and draw Bollinger Band(20)
set{wild, atr (20) / close}
add column wild
sort column 5 descending
average volume (20) > 789000
]
