I have a couple of filters that I would like to use to screen a watchlist that would be populated by the results of the - Best Performing Industry within Best Performing Sector? I have been looking at this for a couple of days and it seems the best way to approach the problem would be to determine which EFT's that represented each element from within each category was performing the best in relationship to all of the others.
