After a little more work with BOP it would seem this is the better way to implement it:

Fetcher[
set{numer, close - open}
set{denom, high - low}
set{BOP, numer / denom}
set{avgBOP, cma(BOP, 10)}

BOP equals .2
AND add column BOP
AND add column avgBOP
]
