Can someone come up with a filter for catching a move to the upside,possibly a breakout method using BWTR as an example?? Thanks,Mike...

EMA(18) above MA(35)
close between 5 and 15


run this and see what you come up with, checked it and your stock is not on there, even though it meets the criteria, Thats Stockfetcer!

just go through some and you can see the results, tweak it to your liking!

Mike try this filter. In the past I have tried to create a filter that would find exactly the set-up you are talking about. This is the closest I have come to it. If you tweak it and improve it, please share it with me.
Fetcher[Low Priced Beauties
show stocks where 60 day slope of -DI(14) is below 0
and price is between 4 and 10
and close is below a new 6 month high
and close is less than 3% below a new 6 month high
and close has been below 6 month high for the last 4 months
and average volume(10) is above 100000
and stock has a beta above 2
and ma(50) has been increasing for the last 2 months
]
