...just to be accurate...while Zanger DID make millions by aggressively using margin...he gave a LARGE part (well over half) of those gains back when the Market did finally turn !

Im sure we all appreciate the lecture. It is extremely common and frustrating to miss moves in individual stocks and markets. Never happens to you I suppose. Nice to see you are above it all !

why be so negative? I pointed out I am making tons of cash in CROX, going with the tedn instead of moaning about the market being overvalued.....
Talk about never being happy. If the market is going up it "has to crash" And when it goes down you can't make money because stocks are falling. So I guess many on here don't make a dime for fear.
And again.... this is NO 1999 bubble.

I remember visiting someone's web page in '99' where you would enter your stock pick with an explanation of why it was going to double in price,a 'Doublers Page'.Most at least doubled and one guy picked a 19-bagger,impressive even for the bubble!Corel I think or something like that.as214 could have started another one off with his TEX,those were the days.Anyway,I keep SDS,DXD,and QID at the bottom of trade list for the ability to jump them when the market cuts back.
