JP: i dont know about that, if true though what a brilliant way to steer people to your new paid chat . the laid off mechanic,13th floor, (an everyday guy) posts that he learned trading from muddy, makes 650000(according to sykes), posts a lot here, helpful , knowledgable, makes it known what chat he frequents, then muddy chat starts up (paid) , 13th no longer posts or frequents muddy's chat.
to me though, Jp, muddy and 13th had different styles, 13th leaned heavily on scans from here, muddy does to a degree, but leans and brags on his 40 years experience knowing stocks and their habits. Muddy's chat posts are clipped and slangy, 13th
more detailed and technical.
Maybe the seperation was money, it always is, though I have known good restaurants go under when partners just didnt get along. Even my own small business, i cant tell you the number of employees who thought they were my partners, Hey , youre making this much on this job, I dont want a wage i want a percentage, at that point I would say fine, how about giving me a check my workers comp payment is due! That was always the end of the partnership!

klynn-
13th is a hoax invented by Muddy to give the GOTS and IU chat credibility so they could start charging subscribers for it. Those of us who were in the GOTS chatroom in the early days know that for a fact.

Why does Stockfetcher permit this? Are they willing to risk the integrity of the site?
Stockfetcher, your reply?

Alf: youre right to a degree , i started years ago with horse handicapping- i thought that industry was bad, this industry is awash with fraud, i guess you have to go on someone's recommendation, i know one thing use your credit card to purchase, if youre not satisfied with the purchase and get no refund, call the card's FRAUD department, lot more clout than filing a DISPUTE, When you file for fraud ,there is no time limit like a dispute file ,i think 60 or 90 days.
Alf: your posts infers that people should know all the crap that goes on , it's not common knowledge, it's something that has to be experienced. And that's the hard way!
If Muddy went through all this crap to invent 13th, what does that say about this trading, why not simply trade your way
to prosperity. Unless you enjoy the game of it all.
His moderator was in trouble with the SEC: maybe it's birds of a feather:

i quote: Dynkowski and Nathan M. Michaud, who met through InvestorsHub.com, pumped the price of Asia Global stock using wash sales, matched orders and other manipulative trading, coordinated with false, misleading, and touting press releases by the company. The scheme
