  Not after, before.
 
 I just picked up another yesterday for 55g but didn't want to mention it since Klynn
 was getting excited. The list price was 63g.
 
 After all fees & deductions, i will clear about 11g which i guess is about 18%
 
 So that's how it's done.

  that's some ridiculous numbers....
 
 compare it to a two bedroom apartment in Moscow worth of ~ $400k....
 
 and rent of  ~60,000 rubles/month.... which used to be $2000.....and now only $1000...
 
 was 6%/yr, now 3%/yr.....

  Just type in condos for Schaumburg, & north suburban Chicago then go to Zillow.
 You will see price & rent estimate.
 
 You will be asking yourself why would you be playing around with

 I'm in the process of learning futures.  I'm thinking it's prolly easier to make money in E-minis.
 Re: real estate - I had some rental units.  IMHO, RE is a good investment IF YOU LIKE PEOPLE.
 My tenants were always trying to scam me, so I had to get out of RE.

  I like volatility - and I see good potential in arbitraging contango VIX futures.... which are backed by statistics....
 
 Limited risk and robust results. Much better than using volatility ETPs - those guys have the weighted combo with every-day balancing, which decreases the performance by a lot...
 
 Plus, neither of the combinations (1-2 months for XIV and 4-7 months for ZIV) are optimal for shorting...
